Since I have been a child, nature has been and always will be a core fascination. My cameras hardly do justice to the wonders I continually seek and find. I make my bread and butter teaching Special Education in Denver Public Schools. Nature is the inspiration that I run back to, and run towards for the inspiration necessary to keep teaching, to keep teaching well, to keep living well. My photographs are dim representations of the beauty my soul seeks and just often enough seems to find�

My core belief structure tells me that while �all things are one,� we also live immersed in the many. Thus, I never shy away from high contrast photographs, indeed I embrace them. As we transcend duality in ourselves, so my fascination continually attempts to find and show just a peek of the oneness of duality. I use HDR imaging to overcome the limitations of traditional photography, of the single exposure� How can a single exposure capture all the subtleties of reality?

Very Important!!! All images posted at this site are .jpg. Due to size limitations, .tif files cannot be used herein. Please contact me for museum quality prints from .tif's which sport about three times the resolution of .jpg images. This is critical for sizes starting at 24X36 inches. I also use Duraplaq mounts for the best glass-free display medium available!
